As prescribed in 11.404-94 insert the following provision:
TIME OF DELIVERY - ORDERING OFFICE (NOV 2009) - DLAD
Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within _____ days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155).
