Subpart 2406.3: Other than Full and Open Competition
Section 2406.304-70: Approval of the justification-field procurements.
(a) The justification for other than full and open competition for field procurements shall be approved in writing-
(3) For a proposed contract more than $1 million but not exceeding $50 million, by the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer.
