Standards and Specifications

Government standards and specifications are used by the Department of Defense as well as civilian groups. They consist of standardization documents, specifications, military handbooks, commercial item descriptions, technical documents, and more. There are more than 111,000 standards and specifications, with more then 180,000 attachments. Each standard has a document ID and a title, and is classified according to an FSC/FSG code or Standardization Area.
