CLARIFICATIONS (FEB 2007) DSCR
This note clarifies FAR Clause 52.232-7, Payments
Under Time-and-Materials and Labor Hour Contracts.
The word "contract" as cited in paragraphs (c) and
(d) of the clause is defined, consistent with FAR 2.101,
to include delivery orders issued against the basic contract.
The withholding of five (5) percent of the amount due
on vouchers in accordance with paragraph (a)(7) of the
clause is not required.
