(a) Items described in this acquisition have critical application
significance relative to certain Defense equipment or a supply program.
Production phaseout of such items by the manufacturer could jeopardize
the Government's ability to provide continued support for such equipment
or program.
(b) In the event that manufacturing phaseout or discontinuance of
production of such items is contemplated, the Contractor is required
to immediately provide advance notice of production phaseout/
discontinuance to:
