If the quote/offer is evaluated in accordance with DLAD Provision
52.213-9001 (Section M) an evaluation factor will be added to the
offeror's quoted price for each source inspection. If phased
deliveries are required or offered, each phase of delivery will be
presumed to result in a source inspection.
