ALT I VERIFICATION TEST APPROVAL

I09F04 9-4A-9G
Contractor is required to have the test unit(s) inspected by the
Government's cognizant Quality Assurance Representative prior to
shipping the unit(s) to the Government for testing. A DD Form 250
signed by the QAR and a copy of the contract shall accompany the test
unit(s) shipped to the Government Test Facility. Test unit(s) will
not be returned to the Contractor for shipment with the production
quantity.
