The Government tracks the ordering, shipping, delivery, and
payment for each item by line item number. Therefore, the shipment
shall be labeled (1) on the boxed items and (2) on an accompanying
shipment/ packing manifest/slip, with the identity of the Contractor,
contract number, line item number, and both the part number and
description of the part.
