(a) The contractor shall prepare DD Form 375 (Production Progress
Report) and DD Form 375C, as required, for the following contract
items:
(b) The forms shall be submitted on a monthly basis within two
workdays after each reporting period, beginning _________________.
In addition, the contractor shall promptly submit DD Form 375
reporting any delay in the scheduled delivery or completion as soon
as known or anticipated. The forms shall be distributed as follows:
