                      MANUALS

    Defense Supply Center Richmond Technical Personnel set forth 
below are designated as a Contracting Officer's Representative 
(COR) for provisioning requirements.  COR functions include 
assuring receipt of provisioning technical documentation, 
notifying the Contractor of required corrections or acceptance 
of the provisioning technical documentation, assuring receipt of 
technical manuals, evaluating adequacy of technical manuals, 
notifying Contractor of required corrections or acceptance of 
the technical manual, and other matters specifically related to 
equipment provisioning required by this contract.  The COR has 
no authority to modify or change the terms of the contract.  The
