I41D 52.211-9G49 FINAL SHIPMENT DSCR (FEB 1996)

This order will be considered complete upon receipt of invoice
marked "FINAL SHIPMENT - ORDER COMPLETE". Upon receipt of an invoice
so marked, all supplies not shipped and invoiced are canceled from
this order at no cost to either party; and the purchase order amount
will be decreased by the unit cost of each item canceled. A formal
modification will only be issued when the cancellation results in
a price decrease in excess of $250.
