The amount of rent which would be charged for the use of
such special tooling or test equipment, based on the information
furnished pursuant to DSCR Clause 52.245-9G16, Use of Government
owned Special Tooling or Test Equipment in Section L of this
solicitation, will be a factor in the evaluation of offers.
