DSCR L75C: PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE

    (a)  A pre-proposal conference will be held at the 
installation site specified in the schedule as follows:

    (b)  Interested concerns are encouraged to have representation 
at the scheduled conference.  If representation attendance is planned, 
please call the individual at the phone number identified in Block 7
on Page 1 of this solicitation for planning and coordination purposes 
in the event of an unscheduled change.

    (c)  The purposes of the conference are to provide the 
Government an opportunity to explain the requirements and to 
respond to questions raised by prospective offerors.  Included 
will be a conducted tour of the appropriate areas where work is 
to be performed.

    (d)  Interested prospective offerors are requested to submit 
in writing at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled conference 
any questions they may have .

    (e)  Remarks and explanations provided at the conference shall 
not qualify the terms of the solicitation.  Unless and until this 
solicitation is amended in writing, terms of the solicitation and 
specification will remain unchanged.
