I84C 52.216-9G12 MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES DSCR (JAN 1996)
In reference to paragraph (b) of FAR Clause 52.216-22, Indefinite
Quantities (Section I), the contract minimum quantity is a total of
$________________ worth of delivery orders at the prices specified in
the contract. The maximum quantity is the total estimated contract
award amount (per LOT). The maximum quantity shall not be exceeded
without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer.
