The Contractor will be required to attend a conference at
the Defense Supply Center Richmond prior to commencement of work.
The purpose of the conference is to highlight essential contract
requirements, including Labor Standards provisions, of the
contract and to answer any questions the Contractor may have.
The Contracting Officer will arrange with the Contractor the
time, date, and exact location of the conference.
