This is an unpriced order against Basic Ordering Agreement_____________
and the total dollar amount represents an estimated price. The Administrative
Contracting Officer is authorized to definitize this unpriced order.
Definitization should occur before shipment is allowed in accordance with
FAR 16.703(d)(3)(ii). (The Definitization Schedule is normally found under
the "Procedure for Pricing Unpriced Orders" provision of the BOA.)
The FAR Clause 52.216-24, Statement of Government Liability, is normally found
under the "Forms and Contents" provision of the BOA.
