If directed by the Contracting Officer or his transportation office
representative, the Contractor agrees to ship the supplies called for in this
contract to the designated FMS country representative/freight forwarder via
collect commercial bill of lading. In such event, transportation charges for
the shipment will be guaranteed by the U.S. Government.
