(a) DD 250 PREPARATION: Contractor's name shall be omitted on DD 250s which
are forwarded with the shipping container(s).
(b) BILL OF LADING PREPARATION: Bill of lading shall list "Defense Supply
Center Richmond" as the shipper's name with the actual location (Street Address,
City and State) of the Contractor.
