M5AC 52.213-9G02 APPLICATION OF EVALUATION DSCR (APR 2002)
ALT I FACTOR FOR SOURCE INSPECTION
(a) In accordance with DLAD Provision 52.213-9001 (Section M) an
evaluation factor will be added to the offeror's quoted price for
each source inspection.
(1) This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a
contract under which multiple orders may be placed, for evaluation
purposes, it is anticipated that ______delivery orders will be issued.
The evaluation factor will be applied based on a presumption that each
order issued under this contract will result in a source inspection.
(2) If phased deliveries are required or offered, each phase
of delivery will be presumed to result in a source inspection.
(b) Unless FAR Clause 52.213-1 applies, the evaluation factor will
be applied to an offeror's quoted price when the offer is contingent on
f.o.b. origin terms and the solicitation specified f.o.b. destination.
The offer being contingent on acceptance of f.o.b. origin terms
based on FAR 47.304-1(f) restrictions.
