DSCR B33C: PAPERLESS ORDER PLACEMENT SYSTEM (POPS) GENERAL SOLICITATION NOTICE

B33C     17-13        POPS-GENERAL SOLICITATION NOTICE                    DSCR (MAR 1999)

    This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract with Electronic 
Commerce (EC) application.  (See Section C, DSCR Clause 52.211-9G33.)

    All deliveries will be continental United States.

    All quantities are estimated quantities.

    Delivery orders may be placed during the ordering period identified in FAR Clause 
52.216-18, Section I.  The solicitation contains provisions for       option years.  
(See Section I, DSCR Clause 52.217-9G   .)

    Orders under $25,000 will be issued under the computer ordering procedure.  When FAR 
Clause 52.213-1 (Sec I) is incorporated fast pay procedures will be utilized for direct 
deliveries.

    Orders of $25,000 or over will (unless stated otherwise) be processed and issued 
manually and will be submitted to the contractor's ordering office.  Delivery order 
numbers for manual orders will commence with 001Z.

    Unless stated otherwise, packaging shall be in accordance with ASTM D3951-95 for 
direct vendor deliveries and MIL-STD-2073 for stock shipments.

DSCR will be the administering office.
