B32F 16-9 NOTICE OF GOVERNMENT GUARANTEE DSCR (NOV 1998)
AND
B16F06 16-9-9G
(a) Notwithstanding any contrary provision in Clause __________
(Section I), the Government guarantees to purchase up to __________
of each specification/grade/lot/ batch produced for delivery under a
delivery order issued pursuant to this contract if such lot/batch
has not been shipped in its entirety under DVD/EDI orders within the
shelf-life requirements specified in the Schedule or by the end of the
contract period, whichever comes first.
(b) Shelf-life requirements are contained in Clause 52.211-9G02
(Section F) and the Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) cited in
Section E of the Schedule.
(c) The contractor shall notify the Procuring Contracting Officer
(PCO) within thirty days prior to expiration of the shelf-life of each
lot/batch produced, and/or prior to the end of the contract period, as
appropriate, if any quantity produced has not been ordered DVD/EDI
and/or shipped.
(d) The remaining balance of each specification/grade/lot/batch
up to _____________ will be ordered for stock at the specification/
grade contract line item price for the stock location cited with in
the region.
