F28 25-2A FOREIGN MILITARY SALES - CANADIAN SHIPMENTS DSCR (SEP 1996)
Bills of lading or other transportation documents issued to cover
shipments to Canada will be annotated with the following notation:
"_________________ sponsored Foreign Military Sales shipment. No export
declaration or license required."
The signature of the shipper (Contractor or DCMR element, substantiated
by the Contract) on the bill of lading will serve as a certification of this
element.
