I31B 9-4A FIRST ARTICLE AND/OR GOVERNMENT FIT DSCR (JAN 1996)
ALT I VERIFICATION TEST APPROVAL
Contractor is required to have the test unit(s) inspected by the
Government's cognizant Quality Assurance Representative prior to
shipping the unit(s) to the Government for testing. A DD Form 250
signed by the QAR shall accompany the test unit(s) shipped to the
Government Test Facility. Test unit(s) will not be returned to the
Contractor for shipment with the production quantity.
