I17D03 52.217-9C05 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT - SUPPLIES
(DEC 1998) DSCC
(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract for periods
of calendar days each by written notice to the Contractor at least 14
days prior to the expiration date of the contract.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be
considered to include this option.
(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any
option under this clause, shall not exceed calendar days.
